These homes are commonly referred to as a CLAs (Community Living Arrangements). These homes have 24 hour staff support and can range from 1 person to 3 person homes. Each team member has received advanced training to comply with the regulations of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), a division of the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS).
